Yoga+Pilates=the best of both worlds. This mix of a class will bring you Yoga poses on a Pilates apparatus. A Yoga mindset with a Pilates alignment intention, and the mash up that you secretly wanted.

ART OF BREATHING (Beginner-Friendly)

What are your breaths like? How deep and mindful are they? There are many forms of breath work out there, all with their own dose of healing benefits. This ever changing class will take you down a journey of breath work that leave you with an experience that doesn't come around often!
