Barre brings you Ballet inspired moves with Pilates fundamentals using elements of dance, stretching, and FUN. Incorporating a barre, some Pilates apparatuses, small weights, and an assortment of balls. We’ll focus on whittling the core and elongating the body.
New to Pilates? This slower paced class will focus on the Pilates fundamentals reiterates common Pilates vocabulary, and gives an environment to learn how to hold your body throughout life and rehabilitate alignments.
Basic Mat Pilates is a great introduction to Pilates for beginners. Mat class is spurred off of the original 34 Pilates mat exercises, when done with focus and precision is a full body workout.
